Terms of Service
1. Scope of Services:
- The practitioner will provide holistic wellness services, which may include various modalities such as mindfulness practices, energy healing and other complementary therapies.
- The services offered are intended to support and enhance the client's overall well-being and should not replace or substitute for medical or mental health treatment. The practitioner does not diagnose or treat medical or psychiatric conditions.
2. Client Responsibility
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their physical and mental health, medications, and any relevant conditions or concerns that may impact the services provided.
Clients are aware that the techniques and exercises presented in sessions and the rituals are in no way intended as a substitute for medical, nutritional or psychological counselling and are encouraged to seek appropriate medical or professional advice for specific health or mental health concerns.
3.Payments and cancellation – Full payment is required upfront to secure the booking, unless previously stated differently with the client. Accepted forms of payment will be communicated to the client.
A minimum of 24 hour’s notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments to avoid cancellation fees.
Cancellation fees are as follows:
24+ hours notice: No Fee
0–24 hours notice: 50% Fee taken
This policy supports me in keeping appointments available for clients that need them.
4. Modification and Termination:
- The practitioner reserves the right to modify or terminate the provision of services at any time, if deemed necessary or appropriate. Clients will be informed in a timely manner and reasonable efforts will be made to provide alternative resources or referrals if applicable.
By engaging in the services provided by the holistic practitioner, clients indicate their acceptance and agreement to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions serve to establish a clear understanding of the rights, responsibilities and expectations of both the client and the practitioner.
